Good evening π

Ok…the title is slightly misleading..I did not actually have burning feet, I did have really big boots with flames on though, OK flames made of orange leather…but they are awesome and somewhat safer than having actual flames on my feet! Β One burned family member is enough thank you!
I did do dancing though this evening, of course I did dancing, Wednesday night is dancing night, it is morris practice night, it is wicked wacky stick Wednesday and because if this my Wednesday night posts might get a little repetitive…but i will do my best to make them exciting!
I did, I have to confess do slightly less dancing than I intended tonight, and slightly less than I would have liked. Not, as you might think, because I am suffering after the two lots of circuits class but because my left over really tight hip flexer muscle that was an injury a few weeks ago and an annoyance now, seems only to hurt when I am dancing… I do find this slightly perturbing, I can do squat jumps and jumping mountain climbers without leg pain but when it comes to dancing vague ouchiness! Still, it is recovering and I remain confident that it will get back to normal in no time. It is a source of confusion that it is only this activity that still causes problems, I think tonight was not helped by my flamey boots, I realised belatedly that I forgot to change over my shock absorbing insoles from my normal boots… ahh well lesson learned π
Nevertheless, I did enough dancing to have some fun and satisfy my activity requirements of the day I did 4 or 5 dances, including:
Standing stones, Raggle Taggle Gypsy (and a walk through of the same), Triskelle, Fanny Frail, and a small amount of stepping practice before we started. I also played my recorder a little ( i know, not technically exercise, but still fun) and I have to add that although I didn’t do my normal quota of dances, I did not sit down in between so every little helps π
Day 12 complete π here’s to more dancing next week!
