Day 61: A dancing record

Good evening šŸ™‚

This is yet another late posting due in part to my not feeling like blogging when i got in last night, and this was compounded by an unexpected lack of electricity all day today. Never mind all that though, on to this dancing record…

You know I am not talking about a real record that dances right? Although…that would be pretty cool and if I had actually encountered one I would probably find a way to shoehorn it in here! What am I waffling on about? well…it was Wednesday yesterday…and what does Wednesday mean?

That’s right…Mythago practice šŸ˜€

and what is this record I am going on about? well…

14 dances…that’s right 14! To my knowledge this is the most dances I have done in one practice session…ever šŸ˜€ I can say that this time last year there is a good chance that I wouldn’t have been able do 14 dances.

The picture is technically not yesterday’s practice because I forgot to take one, but it did look very similar to that.

without further ado…the dances I did were:

Our henry, maiden castle (x2) tralee gaol (x2), triskele, raggle taggle gypsy (x2), foul mouth cat, standing stones, star of the county down, broomstick, witch hunt, fanny frail.

this was all in all an excellent practice šŸ™‚ lots of fun as always, and I am definitely feeling fitter which is excellent as being fitter for dancing is the reason I started this whole thing in the first place šŸ˜€

Day 61 complete šŸ™‚
