Its Friday, it’s 7am…
Its’s time for PT…what else!
totally my own fault…
But It still explained why my brain was not working properly when I got up!
I got to the gym and this lead to the second problem…

this is a tesco clubcard (yes I know it says that on it) For those of you unfamiliar with it, it is a supermarket loyalty card.
It is not, in any way, my gym card!
However, it is what I presented to the girl behind the desk in an attempt to gain entry to the gym…
It looks nothing like my gym card!
anyway…on to the actual work out…
Due to my still coughing state and my clearly diminished mental capacity, we took it slightly easier than normal…
Slightly easier…but we still did:
Olympic type lifting with a core bag, trx work, cable machine work, floor strength work and some 360 defence and boxing training! I made the mistake of leaving the write up of this for a 5 days so I can’t actually remember all the things we did but there were definitely…

High pulls, clean and presses with the 20kg core bag (which is annoyingly bulky)
Cable machine core presses and overhead holding versions of the same thing,
TRX one armed rows, plank pikes, plank pikes with abduction, mountain climbers, half pull ups, and muscle ups.
Dive bomber press ups, battle rams, hollow body hold.
I held off on the handstand…just in case I fell down.
The boxing we did was slower than normal, we did 360 defence and worked on technique more than normal, which was good π
It was enjoyable, but I did realise that I was not quite as better as I thought!

I know! I have been better recently I promise! I did yoga in pyjamas twice instead of anything too strenuous and even went to bed early! I don’t sleep well unfortunately so I need to try and at least be in bed for a sensible amount of time π
