After the weekend, I woke up aching! For the first time in ages, I had achy abs, and arms, and legs…

My guess is it is all the circuit training…
and the core training…
and yes…I am aware I am stating the obvious…
Shhh…you and Mr Spock both!
It is OK…I know what to do about aches!
Go to body pump of course…
Yes Mr Spock really!
Of course I went to body pump, it was Monday! That is what happens on a Monday!! ๐ habits are great aren’t they!!
SO body pump was body pump, it looked like it was going to be a really quiet one at first, with only 3 of us in the class…luckily some more people turned up before to long ๐ some new people too which is awesome!
that bottom left hand picture was take right at the start, the place filled up a bit after that!
I stuck to my normal weights, it was not the day for upping anything!!
I also learned from last week, and didn’t try to use the same weights for the shoulders that I had just used for the lunges!
I survived it, I even enjoyed it, but I definitely felt it! I was tired by the end! Partly because I keep insisting on doing this with the maximum weight Iย can possibly manage, and partly because of the aforementioned aches!
So that was Monday..
or was it…
well, yes it was Monday, but it was not the end of Monday!
I still had day 19 of the squat challenge to go…
140 Squats
100 Plie Squats
that was bad planning directly after Body Pump!!
My legs did not thank me for that…but I am sure they will eventually ๐
Day 332 Complete ๐
oh…yuck! A week ago I had the combo of BodyPump + Squat day and my body didn’t like that one bit. ๐
Today’s squat challenge looks pretty gross. I’m debating whether to do it now or later. I have a feeling it will suck either way. ๐

I was having the same debate, I was trying to workout whether 300 squats in my lunch break would be good for my legs in the afternoon or not…I decided just to walk…
now I have decide whether to try and fit them in before dancing or after :-S
I think you are right, it will suck either way! ๐

Yeah, I’m really enjoying it! Though some of the instructors are a bit hit and miss – I hate it when they keep talking non-stop ๐

yeah, my instructor is really good ๐ I would recommend her, but the travel time is probably prohibitive ๐

Hi,
I appreciate that you are starting a fitness challenge, and I am writing a fitness blog so you think I may be interested. I reality I am interested, and very keen to give encouragement to others on a path to a healthier lifestyle.
However, you would be much more likely to gain my support and whatnot if you made a effort to seem like you are interested in my blog too. You make no reference to having read even one of my posts which doesn’t lead me to want to return the favour.
I am not saying this to be rude, I just want to let you know that it appears as if you are interested in gaining views and readers for your blog but are in no way interested in other people. If this is untrue, you need to be careful how you come across. You can gain more vauable followers and probably learn from them if you set up an interesting dialogue, rather than a blatant advert.
I hope this didn’t offend you.
Sam
