I may have just ever so slightly passed my Level 3 Personal Training Assessment this weekend 😀
By ever so slightly I mean completely!
So that is it, I can now train people 😀 officially and for money and suchlike!
I have to finish my nutrition before I get my full diploma but that is in progress 😀
It was OK as assessments go, I didn’t do some things as well as I know I can, so I came away a little frustrated with myself and feeling rather flat.
However, that doesn’t matter…what matters is I passed and I know what I didn’t do well so I will do better next time.
What also matters is that I know it was the assessment situation putting me off and not my knowledge or ability 😀
😀
Congratulations! 🙂

YAY SAM!!! I’m so proud of you!
Sorry it took me a while to get over here to read this. Holy crap…I forgot what real work looks like…
I’m headed to Vegas Thursday night (for 10 days), and although I’ll be working straight through, I have a feeling just being near the mountains (and able to sneak in some hikes most days) will help me strike some better balance. Also, having the gym a short walk from my condo (versus a drive away, like it is here) should mean I get better daily workouts in.
Who knows, I may even FINALLY open that file and start to fill in the stats!

I don’t blame you!!
Having a gym close by too will also be good, you need to work out some short HIIT routines so you can fit them in 😀

I know I do. There are no excuses as I always have access to my home gym and a laptop with Fitness Blender, etc. My issue has been wrapping my head around the volume and pace of information flow. And also that people management issue I mentioned last week. The latter has been taking up a lot of my time and energy. 😦

I completely understand, there are some times and situations that end up using your energy up!
I suspect you will feel better with some walking / hiking to do to clear your head though!
I am sure it is just an adaptation period for you and you will figure out a balance! 🙂

My “situation” may end today. just working out final logistics, so it’s either this afternoon or first thing tomorrow. As hard as it will be, I know the after will be better than the before.

I am not at all envious of your situation though!!
