Welcome to 2015: Janathon day 1 done

So you know there was this thing I signed up for…
Yes you do know, the Janathon thing, the I have to exercise every day and blog every day for all of January…
Well that started today (yes I know that is obvious what with it being January the 1st… shhh)
I am using this as a bit of a kick up the bum to get back into the daily exercise thing as I lost my focus a little towards the end of last year.
I have 2015 goals, and January goals, but I have yet to write them properly so I will let you know them as soon as I do…
For now…Janathon exercise day 1 was a windy dark 5km run around horsham. Here are some pics of my feet and stats as a record 🙂

  1. Yay for the run! I ran twice during my power walk. Both times I felt like someone was stabbing me in the left leg, so I promptly stopped, doubled over to massage it, realized the massage hurt to I, and then went back to my fast walk.


      1. Best to be safe rather than make it worse!! A friend of mine is tecovering from a completely torn calf muscle, she was on crutches for weeks!!
        Power walking is still good exercise!
