First there was yoga…
Yes more yoga, this is unusual for me but I am really trying to get my head around it and incorporate more info my routine. I know logically it is very good for me and a perfect balance to all the other stuff I do, I just have a hard time getting my self into a yoga-y frame of mind. However, I found another yoga for runners video from runners world MD thought I would give it a go…
This one was shorter and apparently essential yoga. I enjoyed it although I was “helped” again by multiple felines!
After yoga came ballet…. Watching not participating!!
My friend Jen and I went to see the Royal Ballet’s performance of Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland.
It was awesome!!! Thoroughly enjoyable and I wold recommended wholeheartedly!!!
After the ballet can walking, much more than I anticipated. We decided, after tea, to walk across London back to the train station instead of getting the underground. We ended up exploring London and walking 5.5km it was a lot more fun than sitting in a tube!!!
(Much better for us too 🙂 )
Yay! I got 6.1k of city walking after morning pilates!

Yeay! It is amazing how much walking around the city adds up if you dont use public transport!
Probably best we dont do it when we are in a hurry mind you, our navigation was a bit hit or miss! 🙂

Our pace was brisk due to the chilly temps! It was convenient to have a warm shop to head into every so often!

Great walk. We always walk everywhere when we go to London. It is so much easier than getting the tube and you see so much more 🙂 The only time I walk is if it is late and I’m on my own walking back to Kings Cross, or if it is chucking it down with rain and I’m going to a meeting or something important that I need to look nice for.

She’s so pretty! My tortie was an excellent hunter (a common tortie trait?), so be warned!
