Janathon day 15 (insanity max 30 day 4): done

“I know you think I’m crazy, that’s why I call it Insanity!”

At least that is what Mr Shaun T said during today’s workout! It somehow managed to use me even amongst all the jumping and weird sideways travelling plyometric press ups which I can’t actually properly yet but that is not the point!

What is the point is that today’s Janathon workout was the max insanity tabata power workout again! And the excellent thing is that I maxed out 2.5 mins later than Tuesday πŸ˜€ woohoo progress!!


I also had a fairly short lunchtime walk, which was intended to be a lunchtime run but I was thwarted by lots of rain and wind!
I promise a return to running very soon!


  1. I’m doing a 5-Day series from Fitness Blender “designed for busy people” (every day is 30 mins, give or take). I’m loving the quick hit at lunch time, knowing I can do my walk or elliptical after work in the evening. This may be my new secret sauce!

  2. Most of the people of fitness dvds seem to be a bit condesending and REALLY annoying. I like how Shaun T does it, he makes you want to do him proud almost haha! It’s a great program.


    • There is something about him, like he believes you can do anything!
      You are right about most dvds Most are definitely condesending, they dont seem to actually want you to succeed!
