Ok… After telling you yesterday that I was all about morning workouts…I didn’t have one this morning!
However, this wasn’t a cop out, or a loss of will power, it was a decision to let my site legs recover for more than 8 hours before jumping about!
I danced until 10pm last night so an eat morning in Thursday is not that sensible!
I started today’s exercise with a very brisk walk at lunch time π 2.6 km in 26 mins π
This evening was insanity max 30 Tabata power again π
I am getting better at this, I increased my max out time again to 10:05 π 20s longer than Tuesday!! π
Woohoo!
Sorry i haven’t been too present with my comments. CRAZY week… crazy long days followed by quick hotel workouts and then more work before bed. π¦
But following along as best I can and cheering you from afar!
p.s. Guess what??? I’m headed to the UK next month for work. Looks like I’ll be in Manchester most of the week but I’m going to try to get at least one day/night in London. Hoping I get to meet you!!
