Ok… After telling you yesterday that I was all about morning workouts…I didn’t have one this morning!
However, this wasn’t a cop out, or a loss of will power, it was a decision to let my site legs recover for more than 8 hours before jumping about!
I danced until 10pm last night so an eat morning in Thursday is not that sensible!
I started today’s exercise with a very brisk walk at lunch time 🙂 2.6 km in 26 mins 🙂
This evening was insanity max 30 Tabata power again 🙂
I am getting better at this, I increased my max out time again to 10:05 😀 20s longer than Tuesday!! 😀
