Throwback Thursday is a thing…so I thoutht I would remind everyone of what I was up to this time last year…

Although it was not comfortable…

It involved Body Pump.
As good as it is (mostly) Body Pump is not exactly what you would call comfortable…at lest not if you are doing it right!
I am just about getting used to the new track, and I am just about remembering what weights I use for what and (generally) not doing crazy things!
although…I did learn something this week. A valuable life lesson as it were…
Just because someone sets you a challenge, doesn’t mean you have to accept it!
But accept it I did, and ended up doing the back track with my squat weight!
It hurt!
Weirdly it hurt my forearms most of all… but then I have always known that my grip strength is rubbish…
Just in case you have all forgotten…I use 25kg for my squat track weight
