Juneathon day 16 – the one with all the kettlebells

when I say all the kettlebells, that is exactly what I mean!   

I had PT this morning, and we used all the kettlebells that the gym had. We gads pair each or 8kg, 12kg, 16kg and 20kg! The session saw me doing walking swings (16kg), deadlifts (2x20kg) snatches and cleans, renedage rows and bent over rows. 

It also saw the invention of the burpee into 16kg kettlebell swing, which I apparently do well! And for some reason I actually enjoyed doing πŸ˜€

  
This extravaganza of kettlebells was sandwiched between an epic kickboxing session and a finishing off exercise of 92.5kg deadlifts πŸ˜€ πŸ˜€ 

All in all pretty awesome way to start the day!!

On a more gentle note, I compounded this by going for a walk I my lunchbreak πŸ˜€ it was lovely and sunny!
