Janathon day 5 – the one with no running!

Today I did not run!

Well…I can’t do it every day… That would be dull!! 

Today I had my first early morning PT session since before Xmas! It was really hard, but it was really awesome!

It was a mixture of boxing, HIIT and heavy lifting! I learned that I can do 1 legged leg presses at 60kg! 

It was an awesome way to start the day, it made me remember that you have to keep pushing the training or your fitness levels can drop really quickly!! So here’s to janathon getting me back on track!!

I also went for a walk, only a little one but every movement counts πŸ™‚
