365 take 2 days 18 – 47

Ok…my regular exercise updates have fallen a little by the wayside…my exercise, however, hasn’t!! Today is day 47 of this challenge and I promise you I have done something every day, there has been a fair bit of lifting, there has been yoga, there have been mountains and there has even been running!! I am not going to go through the whole thing day by day…there are too many days for that but I am going to post pictures of what I have been up to…

(Then I will tell you about my mountain adventure in a seperate post…it was awesome and deserves a story!)

  1. WooHoo! This looks brilliant! Some stunning pictures there – you are looking great, hun! And a nice selection of shoes and outfits. too. I am very much looking forward to hearing about the mountains, mountains are awesome. With all that lifting, I shall be careful not to upset you! Looking stronger than Tony the Tiger (that is a compliment, albeit a rather crap one.)

    1. Awww! thank you šŸ˜€
I like the idea of looking stronger than Tony the Tiger…he is pretty strong!
and Frosties were my favourite cereal as a child…with a couple of extra table spoons of sugar on…
wierdly I was a very skinny child…with a large appetite for sugar!!

      1. Haha I’m pleased you like that, Tony the Tiger was a bit of a hero of mine when I was tiny and for some reason these pictures kind of reminded me of him!!
Sugar is a bugger, isn’t it? It’s not fair it isn’t good for us. But then I really like salt as well and that’s not good either. I have a guilty pleasure of Kitkats dipped in salt. Naughty me.

      2. is it all the Grrrrl t-shirts… they are reminiscent of the Tony the Tiger Grrrreat!! šŸ˜€
Sugar really is a bugger!! it is unfortunately addictive!
I have a bit of a thing for salt too…I have a habit of buying the wholegrain high fiber “healthy” bagels and pitta type thigs then putting salt on them so they don’t taste rubbish!
on the plus side I don’t have high blood pressure so it is probably ok!

      3. Ah yes – it’s all the growling that has done it. How strange the subconscious mind is. Anyway – you and Tony are both Grrrreat!!
Haha that’s so funny. I reckon a bit of extra salt is probably okay if you are as fit as Tony the Tiger.

  2. At first I thought it was just me being rubbish at blogging, but then every time I go to my reader, it seems everyone is taking a bit of a blogging hiatus. Are you finding that too? Maybe everyone’s experiencing a bit of WordPress fatigue?

Anyway, I have no doubt that you are right on track with Version 2.0 of the 365 challenge because I see your adventures on FB and IG. Well done, you! Can’t wait to hear about the Welsh mountain adventure. One of these days I’ll get around to writing about my roadtrip adventure (or at the very least, that wicked cool hike around 5 waterfalls!).

    xoxo

    1. yes, I thin you are right, a lot of people seem to be having blog breaks! It is a lot to fit in, what with working and training and attempting to have a life and suchlike!

Wales was amazing, just little mountains compared to many in the world but still amazing!!! I remembered how much I love them!
Your roadtrip looked awesome too!! And all those waterfalls sound fantastic!
also, you drove through a tree!! I remember reading about that at school when I was little…
