After all the activity that took place yesterday I decided that today should be somewhat gentler…
To achieve a gentler but still effective days activity I decided to combine two things I am bad at…
Yoga and relaxation…
I had a go at The Yoga with Adriene “Yoga for Relaxation” video and you know what I think it worked… at least i think I feel more relaxed now and that is sort of the point!
I did learn that sitting cross legged is still hard and that happy baby pose is still strange but aside from that it was an excellent video. Or practice I think in yoga terms I am supposed to call it a practice…
hmmm not sure about that but I’ll keep doing the actual yoga 🙂
It has been pointed out to me that yoga would be easier if I didn’t try to take selfies at the same time…
this is probably true 😁😁😁
