Deadlifts and squats were the story of this mornings gym session!
Sarah and I decided to do a superset consisting of heavy squats and heavy deadlifts… well why not do two massive compound exercises in one set???
We did five rounds of deadlifts 1×10@40kg, 2×6 @ 70kg and 2×5 @ 80kg, followed by squats 1×10 @ 40kg, 1 x 8 @ 50kg and 3x 6 @ 55kg.
We followed this up with some 50kg sled pushes and pulls 😀
