Happy new year lovely people!! It is a whole new year (obviously otherwise the happy new year greeting would be wierd…) and that means a whole load of people telling you about goals and resolutions and suchlike. I am not going to do that. I have goals…I wrote them in a book…I might show you a picture of it but I am not, at this moment going to tell you all about them in great detail. I will probably do a more detailed new goals post later on when they are clear in my head and when the new year new you nonsense has died down…
If I had a new me for every new year I would be on the 41st version of me and I would have no idea what was going on…
Anyway… it’s january, so what else could I do but sign up for another Janathon and get on and do some exercise!! It was a run too…first on in ages, this is the start of getting my head back in the right place to run! I liked it too π
excellent

Iβve set some intentions too. With Annus Horibilis behind me, itβs my hope I can focus on self-love and being a little more selfish with prioritizing on me. Good luck with Janathon! I did some yoga today. Seemed a self-loving way to ease back into exercise. β€οΈ

Yes!! That is brilliant! It is ok to be a bit selfish sometimes! Self love is important and keeps us healthy!
Yoga is awesome! I am really getting to like it πβ€οΈ

Resolutions never pan our because they are usually unrealistic but goals are achievable!!! Good luck with Janathon!

π thank you!
You are right about resolutions being unrealistic, they always tend to be grand sweeping things that set us up to fail…

Isn’t that the truth!!! Starting the year off with failure is never good! Challenging goals do work because its far more achievable and awaken possibilities xxx

Yes! Goals always seem much more positive! Things to work towards rather than be tied to!

I must be more careful and not rush things. I read your piece as posting ‘goats and revolutions’, which would certainly be far more interesting, if a little time consuming and, possibly, both dangerous and smelly.

That does sound more interesting!!
My 2018 goat will be a revolving pygmy goat. I will be standing well back!
Happy New Goat!
