Janathon Day 5
Apparently I got ahead of myself yesterday and labelled day 4 as day 5… oh well it is rectified now π
The real day 5 started early in the gym with a deficit deadlift/squat superset and 3 sets on the leg press, short workout again but effective!
The day ended with yoga at midnight… again! I really need to get organised and do this earlier in the evening!!
Anyway… day 4 of Yoga True (the days don’t sync as there was a day 0 in the yoga series…I am finding this more confusing than I should!! Today’s yoga was floor yoga which was nice… and, as usual, not as easy as you think it is going to be!!
I particularly felt the hip bridges (the one Adriene is doing in that picture… these hurt much more if you have done squats and deadlifts earlier in the day!!
Still all done now and time to sleep before I drop off while typing!!
Really not sure about yoga at midnight. It sounds rather dangerous!

I’m 6 for 6 in terms of exercise days. Yoga since the 1st and cardio of at least 20 mins every day, too. The real trick will be continuing this during my 6 days in the UK followed by 8 days in Jamaica. Fingers crossed. Keep me honest, Sam!!

Neither does the cardio Iβm doing. The challenge is time more than space.

Plus I forgot to add, itβs official. 5 years after my original year of sweat, Iβm redoing it. 2018 will be my year of sweat part deux! Youβre the first person Iβve told!

Understood! Since Iβm not blogging much, Iβll email you with what I did each day. You can do the same or just keep blogging! Maybe instead of blogging Iβll do a daily exercise post on Instagram.
