There is a school of thought that says the day after a weekend of dance you should rest and get good sleep…
I ignored these thoughts and at 7am I turned up at the gym and set myself (and Jeanette) up some circuits including wall balls, kettlebell clean and presses and sumo deadlifts. All followed by supersets of heavy sled pushes and straight leg deadlifts 😊 it turned out pretty well considering I was half asleep at the beginning!!
I also managed to get out for two walks, one during lunch and one after work 😊
Of course I took photos!!
