In keeping with tradition, I went to the gym this morning then walked at lunchtime 😊
This mornings gym was PT with matt in which I did all the rows!! So many rows of different varieties… It was awesome!
My was was in a very similar place to yesterday, but I went further by about 0.5 Miles in only 5 mins more 😁

I think some of the gym equipment could quite easily be used as torture equipment. It wasn’t yesterday though so that is ok 🙂
Matt is a nice chap, and always quite smiley even when making me do things I don’t like 😱
I keep trying to make my walk pictures interesting even though I go to the same place every time 😊

My face would love to come on a walk with you! And the rest of me, because my face wouldn’t get very far on its own. We could walk for miles and talk nonsense 😀
