Juneathon day 26: Project Warrior Goddess day 2

(This should have been written yesterday..)

It was Tuesday and Tuesday started as Tuesdays do…with PT 🙂 it was pretty awesome, even though I had to do military presses and as we know, shoulders are my least favourite thing to train!!

It was a good session with shoulders and rows and for a change, bicep curls 🙂

It amused me that my t bar row set up looked like some sort of broom with handlebars 😁

Lunchtime was extremely hot and sunny so I took myself out for a walk 🙂 I met the quest cat again but I don’t seem to have unlocked the level where I find out what my quest is 🙂

The evening saw me hot footing it to Worthing to do an evening of pottery, I discovered that my large pot sculpture thing has been glazed and fired 😊 I love it!!

I got home from pottery at 10pm, but I committed to insanity, and I couldn’t give up on day 2 so a got on with a very late evening Plyometric cardio circuit!

Blimey it was hard work!! My legs were giving out! I could barely move at the end!! I was definitely lighter when I did this last!! Still… onwards and upwards and all that!! In the words of Mr Shaun T I had to Dig Deeper 😂😊

Oh and the days mileage was 3.75 which brought my monthly total up to 102 woohoo!! I made my goal!

  1. Big congrats on the 100 miles!! And on the pot, too, I really like that 🙂 So impressed you did Insanity after a massive full day of everything. No wonder your legs were cross. They might be cross for a few days… then they will be super pleased! 😀

    1. I am glad you like my pot 😀 I am super pleased with it as that was my first ever attempt at coil pots! I am proud of it!

My legs are still cross, as is my tummy (there is a lot of core work involved!) but they can stop complaining because they have to do it again today, and dance and possibly run 😀

I am looking forward to when they are super pleased though 😀

      1. It is a legend of a pot! What are you going to put in it? Cool stuff I hope 🙂
I hope your legs and tum are ‘nice’ sore rather than awful sore. I quite like the morning-after-exercise pain sometimes. Makes me feel virtuous.
They will be super pleased soon! And super strong too!

      2. I don’t know what to put in it, it only has a little space at the top, I had to put lids on the lower ones to stop the ones on top falling through… I will think of something 🙂

It is definitely nice sore, I like the after exercise pain too, it lets me know it is working 😀

      3. Hehehe… her level of devotion is hilarious! So entertaining. Almost as entertaining (and terrifying) as the man himself!
They won’t kick him out, he is the ultimate decoy politician. But it wouldn’t surprise me if he had a mysterious and unfortunate accident once his usefulness came to an end…
