Project (broken) Warrior Goddess – more progress
Woohoo! Woohoo! I went back to the gym this morning 😀 😀 I am doing a seated, 1 legged happy dance right now!! I am beginning to feel like myself again. Admittedly a version of myself that has to train upper body a lot which is an unusual version of myself but that is not the point!
Of course I did seated and laying down upper body work, of course I didn’t train legs but it was absolutely worth it and it is so important to just keep moving as much as I can!
The other good thing was it was a PT session, so I was supervised for my first session back and at the same time forced not to slack off 😀
Bench press: 5 x 5 @ 25 kg 3 x 3 @ 35kg
Dumbbell shoulder press 3 x 6 @10 kg
Seated row 3 x 6 @ 30 kg 2 x 6 @ 35 kg
Bench press 3 x 14 @ 20 kg / 1 armed row 3 x 8 @12.5 kg superset
Pretty good stuff all in all…especially for a person who has done nothing for the past 2 weeks…
Onwards and upwards as they say!!
