Project (nearly fixed) Warrior Goddess Update
I am splint free!!
This is day two of splint free-ness and it is going well so far…
I have been for a walk both lunchtimes and I went a little further today than I did yesterday 🙂
Slightly annoyingly, this is much less far than I could walk when I had my boot thing on… but I suppose that is because I am now using my muscles to support my leg. Just like a real human! The other thing I was not prepared for was how weak and tired my leg feels!!
In an attempt to remedy this and to get my ankle stronger found a set of NHS approved physiotherapy exercises online which I intend to do every day until I don’t feel like my foot will fall off if I try to move it about!
I am not quite up to full warrior goddess training strength yet, but I soon will be 😀 watch this space (as they say)
