(Probably) I think it is probably week 3…
My counting is somewhat sketchy and I am still being mindful of my ankle so a few days have involved mainly walking but in the past week I have also managed to go to the gym three times and do my physio exercises almost as much as I should…
I also went to one pretty awesome day of dance, at which I did one dance. It was a dance where I didn’t actually have to step very vigorously, but that is not the point… It was a dance and that is a start 😀 I also walked around and stood up a lot during the day so this is definitely progress…
All in all it was a pretty good week 😀 I am building things back up slowly but I am definitely feeling more Warrior Goddess-y… I even have a lovely new wristband to remind me!!

I can’t actually step properly on it as it is still pretty wobbly but it is definitely getting there 😊
