Happy new year and welcome to 2019 😊 along with everyone else in the world, I have set some goals for the year to come 🙂
They aren’t resolutions, they are just things I would like to do this year 🙂 I have written them all down in a very pretty book! Writing things in a pretty book helps everything 😊
Here they are so they are for you all to see!
I have made quite a few January goals too, which more or less all fit into the get fitter and walk a lot parts of the 2019 goals!
As has now become tradition, I will be taking part in both the Yoga with Adrien 30 days of yoga, this year it is called dedicate. The actual yoga part starts tomorrow…I’ll keep you posted 🙂
As is also (now) traditional I have signed up for Janathon, a month of exercising and blogging every day 🙂
The third January goal is to walk 100 miles, not all at once… but across the whole month…
As a step towards the last tow of these goals, I went for a walk in the downs link in the lovely fresh air 😊
It wasn’t quick but it was good! And it was a start.
