Normality, by which I mean PT has returned to Tuesday mornings!! It is back in its right place, the place it has been more or less consistently for the last 5 years!
Not that I am a creature of habit or anything…
Habit or not…PT this morning was excellent, it was lush day which was hard but it was good 🙂 bench press and Arnold press and all sorts of goodness! Plus, no air bike! Some rowing but that’s not so bad 😊
The middle of the day involved… yes that’s right… a walk! Well…I have to spend my lunch break doing something 😁

The very last part of the day involved yoga. It is day 7 of the 30 days of yoga and it was called Surya which apparently means sun. It was flowy and quite movements which merit wasn’t easy, but it was short (17mins) which made up for it!
And a bonus… I did some pottery, which is not exercise related at all but it was excellent 🙂
I made tiles and mono printed creatures onto them!
I loathe rowing 😔
It’s a lovely action when you get it right. But once I start thinking about it, even slightly, my arms and legs get completely out of sync and everything goes to pot.

😦 It is ok inside because there is less chance of drowning if / when it goes wrong… It is one of the only indoor cardio things I can stand…
When I say stand…I mean put up with…
I know what you mean about things going wrong , there are a lot of things I can’t do if I think about them too hard… occasionally breathing is one of them which is a worry…
