It was back day at the gym!! Woohoo!!
Why woohoo? I hear you ask…well back day involves deadlifts and I love deadlifts ππ
It was also dancing day…it was Wednesday it is always dancing day… I took no photos because I was dancing. I might have an old one π

I finished the day with a “relaxing” yoga practice which was only actually relaxing if you can sit cross legged without your ankles hurting…I can’t…
It was probably good for me to practice though…
Ooh! I can actually sit crossed legged without my ankles hurting π

Yay!! There seems to be a lot of sitting cross legged in this yoga… she keeps calling it a comfortable seat… it isnβt comfortable it hurts!
My ankles and tight hips and stubby legs conspired to make this particular yoga almost impossible… I tried though!

I can never work out how you can fit all of those activities in into one day. To me you are one amazing woman. (even if you do obviously have an inability to sit properly like the rest of us π)
