Janathon day 9: back day!!

It was back day at the gym!! Woohoo!!

Why woohoo? I hear you ask…well back day involves deadlifts and I love deadlifts 😁😁

It was also dancing day…it was Wednesday it is always dancing day… I took no photos because I was dancing. I might have an old one πŸ™‚

That is an old picture but actually I am wearing the same t shirt πŸ˜†

I finished the day with a “relaxing” yoga practice which was only actually relaxing if you can sit cross legged without your ankles hurting…I can’t…

It was probably good for me to practice though…

    1. Yay!! There seems to be a lot of sitting cross legged in this yoga… she keeps calling it a comfortable seat… it isn’t comfortable it hurts!
      My ankles and tight hips and stubby legs conspired to make this particular yoga almost impossible… I tried though!

        I can never work out how you can fit all of those activities in into one day. To me you are one amazing woman. (even if you do obviously have an inability to sit properly like the rest of us 😜)
