There is a song that implies that if you go down to the woods today you will be in for a big surprise…

Well I did go to the woods today, and the biggest surprise I got was this sign:

Luckily there were none in evidence at all or it would have been a much bigger surprise than I anticipated!!

What is not a surprise is that I went for a walk today 🙂 it was quite pleasant and I found some new woods 😊

What is also not a surprise is that I did day 11 of the 30 days of yoga programme 😊

A cat tried to join in and no one made me sit cross legged it was good 😊
