Today was day 13 of the 30 days of yoga I have been doing, it actually felt good 🙂 not easy, but like I might be improving 😀
The wide legged forward fold made me slightly nostalgic though…I was directed to put my head on the floor if it was possible. It wasn’t…but I wasn’t that far off and it reminded me of the fact that I used to be able to do just that. So easily that I proved it in my office at work whilst wearing 4″ heels…
I feel I would rebreak my ankle if I tried that now 😂
So with some yoga improvements and the obligatory lunchtime walk that is day 14 done 😁
Yes I really do walk in the same place every day…I try to vary the pictures but there isn’t really that much of it that isn’t just roads and houses…
But the scenery changes with the seasons 🙂
I’m glad your Yoga workouts seem to be paying off after only a fortnight. I’m pretty certain that my legs have become more toned in that time too, even with the little I’m doing. 🙂
But, do you want to take bets on how long it’ll take for you to be able to sit cross legged?

It does 🙂 and there are different birds to be seen (although not photographed because they move a lot)
I am quite amazed actually at the difference in my yoga now, I am not laying down crying like I did on the first week!!
Cross-legged is still way beyond my abilities, it is accessible only to the super flexible of leg and primary school children…
