I knew eventually I would do something that wasn’t just a walk and some yoga!!
Today I managed to get out for my first run of 2019. My last run was on 20th December, so I wasn’t expecting much from this one. However it went a lot better than I expected π I did 2 mins walk / 2 mins run for 20 mins which pleases me π
My calves hurt a bit and my ankles were tired…but that might have something to do with the fact that I trained legs in the morning too π
Oh yes…did I forget to mention that…I went to the gym this morning, I had PT with Matt and we trained legs… it was awesome!!
I did my heaviest squat since I broke my ankle ππ
In a radical break with tradition there is a picture here of me actually doing exercise…proof that i don’t just wander into the gym, take photos and leave!!
So a PB since my broken ankle not an all time PB but it still counts…and still gets one of these:
And just in case that wasn’t enough, I also went to pottery this evening and did some yoga π
I look sad in that last picture…I am not I promise!!
Your last run was on the 20th January? Do you mean December? I’m pretty certain that I remember posts about running for Juneathon last year. Or perhaps (and I believe this is probably more likely) you’ve become a time traveller and hidden it from everyone. The reason I’m certain this is the most likely scenario is that you appear to fit far more into a day than is humanly possible. Your secret is out.

I do indeed mean December…
Time travel is a tricksy business…it makes you forget what month it is!
I feel I should use my time traveling abilities better and get more sleep…then I might keep track of the date better π
