There is a theme developing on this blog, where I hate training in the mornings, then train in the mornings, then hate it, then love it…it is a little like my love hate relationship with running…
It is working out pretty well, the gym is much quieter in the mornings and I don’t spend the whole day talking myself into/out of going! On top of that I get to work out with my friend 😀 its a win win really.
I have to say though, HIIT classes in the morning, especially on a Thursday morning are a lot of a shock to the system! Its definitely good for me, but it is taking some getting used to!
As well as now being accepting of morning jumping around, another very strange thing has happened to me…
You might want to sit down for this…
I no longer hate burpees O_O
I even did voluntary bosu burpees on friday O_O what has happened to me??
Now all I need to do is manage to get up and go on the morning ha I am not meeting someone (only Monday actually)…
Yay for HIIT!
And burpees can go to hell!!
