It may not be a good poem, it may be too sweary, but here it is, (some of) my anger distilled into a few words! It is quite a long way from what I normally write but it is what I want to say to all of the people who have been spouting offensive rubbish into the internet near me recently…
Judgmental bullshit disguised as concern.
Prejudice disguised as science.
Racism and sexism written off as a joke.
Hate speech is not free speech.
You can have your opinion,
your opinion can be wrong.
Misinformation
Discrimination
Lies.
Seriously people,
Shut the fuck up!
And it’s only getting worse, sadly.
