Eeeek late posting about yesterdays exercise…
In my defence I was extremely tired and decided I would go to sleep. This is actually a good thing for me. I need more sleep, I have needed more sleep for years. I frequently only get about 5 hours of sleep a night and the sleep I do get is a bit iffy… I have restless legs which is officially a sleep disorder and it stops my sleep from being very restful…
So sleep won yesterday evening.
Good thing I had been to the gym in the morning and had an excellent PT session which involved lots of rows and carrying and throwing and kettlebells 😀
Of course I also went for a walk 🙂 it was raining but I had a hood so it was all ok 😁
