Guess what it is a new Paddington day!!
It was a sled pull Paddington… no I didn’t pull Paddington on a sled. Which is a shame really, that would have been fun! I’d love to see the reaction I got if I turned up at the gym with a small bear in a duffel coat in tow π
Quite literally in tow if I put him on a sled and dragged him about π
Sadly this wasn’t to be, so I had to harness myself to the sled and drag weights around instead. This was still pretty awesome to be honest!
Actually it was really awesome!! I dragged a sled and weights which all totaled up to 175kg, up and down the gym. This is an improvement of 30kg over last time I did it!! Admittedly I was aiming for a slightly smaller jump but assumed (wrongly) that I hadn’t added the weight of the sled on to the total last time!
Still..however it came about I did it!! It was hard but I did it!! π π
So for context, 175kg is equal to 386lbs or 27.5stone.
For even more context, some statistics I looked up up say that the average man in the UK weighs 83.6kg and the average woman 70.2kg, this leaves 21.2kg left over which could conceivably be the wright of a child… so that means. I dragged the equivalent of a small family around π πΒ
Look there I am all colour coordinated and strong looking dragging the equivalent of a small family around π
I am extremely pleased!!
I don’t even hate the pictures!!
