Day 5, first time I have been to the gym 5 days in a row for a long time… 😁
We (yes we, mark came along today 😁) turned up at the gym with no particular plan. So we did a bit of everything, with a general back and shoulder focus…
There is is, deadlifts rows, a little HIIT circuit and some face pulls and hack squats!
Not bad really for a day with no particular plan! 😁
So day 5 done, on to week 2 of this challenge, in which I will endeavour to get up earlier and I’ll possibly throw in a run…
I may need a plan though 😁
