Project 44: Day 12 HIIT happens…

It is day 12 of gymming every day, and I decided it was about time I did some cardio…

So we started with sled pushes/pulls and kettlebell squat supersets, then followed up with two HIIT circuits of 3 rounds of 30s of 3 exercises, the first was:

Ski ERG/bosu burpees/trx rows

The second was:

Ski ERG/wall balls/slams

Yep…extra Ski ERG and voluntary burpees!! Not sure where the sudden HIIT enthusiasm came from, but I loved it!!

Not sure Mark felt quite the same…

Project 44 day 12 done 😁
