It was leg day in the shed gym, but I’ll get to that in a moment… first I’d like to celebrate the fact that I managed to get up before work and do yoga!!
Getting up was hard work but the yoga mostly felt better than yesterday!
Following that there was a long interlude where I attempted to remember how to do my job…
Then it was leg day in the shed gym! There were lots of squats! Squats are to be expected! What was slightly unexpected, but brilliant was the success of the new cable attachment for the rack! We can now do leg accessory work at home 😁😁 I knew the cable was going to be good for upper body, but the leg stuff has turned out to be awesome too!
