Yes it is relevant, a wall is the only thing I took a picture of while I was walking around during my lunch break today!
Look here it is! I tried to make it look more interesting…
I also did my Yoga with Adriene yoga for the day. Yoga Breath day 6: Replenish. I suspect that I should have lead with this rather than the wall, it is far more appropriate as exercise for janathon… also for building strength and balance and flexibility.
Today’s prawns good, I am getting slightly better at downward dog…and I liked the twisting… I am not very twisty just now, but more twisting helps with that 😀
