Cheaty catch-up post here I come… well, what counts is the exciting exercise I have been doing… or, on some of the days, the exciting resting! Rest is important too you know 🙂
I have exercised every day, but not as many different forms as I would like…still it I am building back up from an extremely rubbish December so all in all it is pretty good… and some days it is important to rest, especially when the world is so strange and it is so cold!
So here goes:
Shed Gym…
On Friday I had a zoom PT session with Matt. It was really strange especially when I was sitting on the floor doing seated rows and Matt was on a shelf, he was talking to an empty looking shed and I could just hear a disembodied voice! It worked pretty well (i only had 1 ipad wobble…) and is probably what we are going to have to do until the lessening of this current lockdown…
Deadlifts in the shed gym, although not *that* many as I had done deadlifts in the gym the day before with matt… however I did some and some is definitely better than none, it helps reestablish habits too!
Yoga
I am a day behind with YWA breath, or more accurately I missed a day out but it is ok, if the worst comes to the worst I will do 29 days of yoga otherwise I will squeeze the extra one in somewhere 🙂


Last but not least…walking around.
I went out for a couple of walks, but i uncharacteristically only took a few pictures, I was playing with my lensball and I wanted to get good shots, but it was a bit dark…
