I decided it was leg day in the gym, and was feeling particularly enthusiastic so I thought Iād try a 90kg squat! It went better than I expected and I managed 3… then another 3 sets of 3 after that! I am definitely getting stronger š
I might. It be able to walk tomorrow… but not in a bad way š
