Janathon 2021 day 17: a squat Paddington

Or to put it in terms that a new reader of this blog might understand… a new squat personal best šŸ˜

I decided it was leg day in the gym, and was feeling particularly enthusiastic so I thought Iā€™d try a 90kg squat! It went better than I expected and I managed 3… then another 3 sets of 3 after that! I am definitely getting stronger šŸ˜

I might. It be able to walk tomorrow… but not in a bad way šŸ˜
