Well, life is still getting in the way of the bigger workouts I really want to get back to doing, but I am not letting that stop me any more!
In true PWG and Project Energise style I am still finding ways to move about in the gaps that I do have, and even that is making me feel so much better!
So it has been two days of yoga and walking around, but movement is movement and yoga is really helpful!
