We all knew it would come to this 🙂 A round up post with lots of pictures, that is… I mean it happens every time I do a project like this because sometimes life gets in the way of blogging.
Luckily for me, I have managed to stop it getting in the way of exercise 😀 I say luckily, because exercise makes me feel better and the more I am doing the more I am remembering that!
So what have I been up to?
Well a right mixture, some shed gym, some PT some yoga, some walking and I finally managed to stand on my shoulders in that yoga stool I introduced a couple of weeks ago!
Oh and I really shouldn’t forget, I actually did some mobility work from my brand new supple leopard book 😀
