This is the hard one…
I need to get more sleep!
No idea how I am going to manage it. I mean I do know, in theory, I just have to go to bed earlier but it never seems to turn out as easy as that!
I am getting used to getting up at 5am again, but I haven’t managed to corresponding earlier bed time to accommodate it. Which means I am practically falling asleep on the sofa in the evenings (by practically, I mean actually) and grumping about because once that has happened I don’t want to move.
I am managing for now on about 5 hours sleep a nigh, but I don’t think it is really sustainable. Especially not now I have decided to throw 6am training into the mix!!
So that is what I am going to work on, even if I make it to bed half an hour earlier it will help. And if I manage to get up and go to bed before I fall asleep on the sofa that will be even better!

I’d better throw in a training update too… it’s going pretty well, my morning and afternoon walks are getting faster so I must be improving there 😀 and I am managing personal training and group training about 4 times a week so that is definitely good!
The beat news is I am at the top of the challenge board in the gym! There is a leg press challenge and some boys decided to beat my 185kg first entry. So of course I couldn’t let that go, and next time I was in I set a new record of 235kg for 5 reps!! Ha! Beat that competitive boys 🤣
Me…no I’m not competitive at all… ok, yes I am but still leg strength is my thing!

I haven’t only been training legs by the was, there have been deadlifts and bench presses and shoulder training and all sorts of good things 😀😀
