Some days I work from home, some days I work from that London.
This is relevant I promise!
On the days I work from home I get more sleep, and have more time in general for exercise so I fully intend to take advantage of that!
I started taking advantage of that yesterday by taking a 10 minute break in the afternoon to do some yoga… I guess I could do this in the office office but I am new and I don’t want people to think I am tooo strange…
I decided that yoga for runners was the way to go…I mean I haven’t been running recently but I am achy and such from lifting etc and it claimed to be a full body stretch which sounded ideal!
The rest of the days exercise was carried out in the shed gym, it was Monday and on Mondays I do whatever I haven’t done recently in my programme. Yesterday that was bench pressing and strict overhead pressing… simple but good and I am slowly slowly getting stronger again 🙂
So, 3 days in everything is good 😁
