Project Competition Ready: Day 4

Day 4 was a walking day, it was a good walking day though and I totalled 7.6km of walking which absolutely fits into my goal ow moving more during the day than I have been doing!

I was working up in London which means that I have to walk from St Pancras station to Eversholt Street, which is about 1km at each end of the day, I also added in a couple of kms (I think I didn’t record it) in my lunch break and I parked car in the part of the railway station car park that is as far away from the entrance as I could. Not technically “workouts” but definitely a huge increase in activity and absolutely more than 30 mins of “exercise”

I even managed to remember to take some photos of my commute and my walk so that I could show you the fancy London walks I have been going on 😀

That is my commute, or some of it! It was rainy and grey but there is a little bit of green to walk through and some interesting sculpture…

This was lunchtime, I wandered along the street and found a little tiny park to walk and sit in! These photos make it look pretty fancy, I’ll take some more views later to show that it is not all like this 😀
I hope you like my extremely loud trousers, lots of people in London decided they were worth staring at, presumably because they are brilliant, not because they are odd…

Day 4 complete 🙂
