Well… it was either that or the Boomtown Rats, and honestly Monday wasn’t so bad that I wanted to shooooot the whole day down!
Anyway…

Back to the exercise, and the point of the post.
Yoga.
Yoga is the point of the post…
I have been saying for a while that I need to do more yoga, and more to the point that I want to do more yoga. So I have decided to do what I normally do in this sort of situation, I have set myself a challenge!
Well… actually I have found a challenge that has already been set and decided to join in!

It is a Yoga with Adriene 30 days of yoga programme. It is a few years old now and I did start it in the January when it was new.
I decided that doing this challenge would make me do the hard yoga as well as just the yoga I like 😉
The first day was called motive, it was hard because I am out of practice and it had the theme of thinking about your motive for doing the programme. so I thought about it as I tried not to fall over.
My motive is quite simple, I want to find movement easier, movement that isn’t picking up heavy stuff that is.
