I tell you what, if this project is really going to get me competition ready, I am going to have to find a way to sleep more. That is the only way I am going to have enough energy to do the things I want to do!
Sleep is a problem, but I am working on, if it were just a case of going to be earlier it would be less of a problem, but I have a feeling it is a restless legs issue. Which is causing me to be physically tired even after sleeping, which is weird and annoying!
Anyway on to things I have been doing rather than things I haven’t…
I have been moving, intentional movement is the point so I have still been doing what I can which has been a lot of yoga in short bursts and a lot of walking. But there has also been some functional fitness thrown in (cleaning and sorting) along with a couple of PT sessions to keep the strength going at least a little bit!
I will absolutely get back on the strength stuff, just as soon as I can. After all that is what I really want to do 🙂
