Well, it’s 2022 and it has been for almost a whole day and so far so good…
As it tradition I have set myself some goals and written them down so I don’t forget. I might forget actually, I sometimes do but writing them down helps!



If you’ve been here before, you will notice that January has a bit of a pattern, I always take part in Janathon and the Yoga with Adriene 30 day yoga challenge… this year is no different!


The YWA yoga do start until tomorrow so for today’s Janathon offering was a short trip to the shed gym. Short but effective… I didn’t feel much like doing gym stuff, but I went and I did it and of course it made me feel better 😁😁 I even managed heavier push presses than I have for a while!
