And it was!!! 😀 look at that!! 4.45km! in 34 mins! average pace was 7.42 min/km… average pace!…that includes the walk intervals!! and there were walk intervals…I planned them in on purpose, I am just not good enough (or my brain is not in the right place) for continuous running.
